Terms of service

1. The service
Accordify provides electronic signature and contract lifecycle software. You are responsible for the documents you send and for confirming that electronic signatures are legally appropriate for them.
2. Verification
Users must complete identity verification (KYC), and business organizations business verification (KYB), before sending or managing documents. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
3. Acceptable use
No unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive use; no impersonation; no attempts to defeat security or rate limits; no sending content you have no right to send.
4. Plans and billing
Free, Professional and Enterprise plans have the limits described on the billing page. Paid plans renew until cancelled through the billing portal.
5. Records and retention
Sealed documents and audit certificates are stored write-once for the retention period and cannot be altered or deleted by anyone, including us, until it ends.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law the service is provided “as is” and our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
